Job Title: Director of International Sales

Location: US-AZ-Gilbert (Hired candidate will be required to work from HQ when not traveling)

Responsibilities:

This sales leadership role will be responsible for growing yearly sales by working directly with International offices to drive sales and active associate numbers in designated markets. Will assist executive leadership in the creation, improvement, and implementation of all sales promotions, recognition incentives, events, and driving associate and revenue growth throughout International regions. The Director of International Sales will partner with local staff across several departments to ensure all Global programs are understood and executed consistently and professionally and represent International regions in North America on all areas of business.

Qualifications:

  • Represent the company’s vision and culture to transform lives physically and financially in N.A. and International markets.
  • Provide support and coaching to local and International leaders’ and staff to ensure we provide a consistent field culture and level of support to our associates in each market.
  • Provide accurate and timely information for International markets on all programs and promotions running in North America.
  • Generate new ideas and initiatives to strengthen sales and recognition programs and ensure consistency across the global business.
  • Provide input and advice to International markets in the development of their sales plans and events to ensure Sales objectives are achieved.
  • Facilitate the creation of new Sales Tools that capture specific local needs and support the development of associates business in International markets.
  • Host weekly Sales meetings with International Sales & Marketing teams to discuss sales progress and initiatives.
  • Partner with Vendors to ensure International markets have access to tools and collateral.
  • Oversee new market material for launches within respective regions.
  • Work with compliance to ensure our client maintains quality business standards in the field in assigned markets.
  • Analyze trends in the marketplace as well as track the effectiveness for each program and promotion and discuss with local and International Sales & Marketing staff.
  • Work with International Marketing team on the creation and implementation of all sales related programs.
  • Assist with the development of tools and programs to educate N.A. associates on the opportunity that exists in International markets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to speak / write multiple languages
  • Network Marketing experience – International a plus
  • Ability to travel 50% of time.
